30-YEAR-OLD MAN SENTENCED TO 25 YEARS FOR DAMAGING ESSENTIAL INFRASTRUCTURE

The Booysens Magistrates’ Court convicted and sentenced Mxolisi Ntshulayilo (30) to 15 years imprisonment for tampering with and damaging essential infrastructure and an additional 10 years for the theft of copper cables belonging to Telkom on 03 December 2024.

CORRUPTION LANDS FORMER POLICE OFFICER IN PRISON

Limpopo, South Africa – The Polokwane Specialised Commercial Crimes Court has convicted and sentenced former police officer Godfrey Avhasei Matheledza (41) of Muila Village to 16 years’ imprisonment for two counts of corruption. The sentences will run concurrently, meaning he will serve an effective eight years in prison.
