Sentenced Proceedings Postponed Pending Further Report
The four men, Vusi Reginald Mathibela (36), known as Vusi Khekhe, Sipho Patrick Hudla (40), Matamela Robert Mutapa (46) and Bongani Paul Khumalo (48), were convicted of killing a businessman Wandile Bozwana, appeared at the Pretoria High Court, for sentencing proceedings. However, their legal representatives asked the court for a further postponement, and expert the witness to consult with the accused, and the recipient of the signed judgement.
The court granted the postponement and ordered that the defence make available an expert witness report to the state, on 16 September 2022. The matter was adjourned to 21 and 23 September 2022, for sentencing proceedings.
