Case Postponed To Secure Legal Representation For The Accused
The alleged robbers at Malamulele police station and ATM bombers, Godfrey Mabunda(41) from Giyani Bambeni, Sello Simon Sedi (42), Tumbu Gadron Makutu (48) from De Oaks briefly appeared today at Malamulele Magistrate’s Court.
The three are also facing charges of murder, five counts of attempted murder, robbery with aggravating circumstances, unlawful possession of firearms, unlawful possession of ammunition, possession of explosives and three counts of hijackings.
The matter is postponed to 17 February 2022, to join two more suspects and for the accused to secure their legal representatives.
