Yabo made his first appearance on 09 June 2025 in the Colesberg Magistrates’ Court following his arrest in connection with the murder. The Kuyasa SAPS registered a case of murder after Buba’s lifeless body was discovered in the veld between Bongweni and Khayelitsha in Kuyasa.
