We are making important progress on prosecuting high-level corruption. Four corruption cases including BOSASA, Nulane and Estina will be heard in court between July and September.

State capture is an attack from the inside - a war waged on the rule of law by the very people who were supposed to protect it. Many implicated in state capture also controlled the power of the state, including intelligence & law enforcement structures.

The Investigating Directorate’s collaboration with SARS  has enabled them to investigate & enrol tax fraud & corruption cases of over R85 million.
