Alleged Instigator Trial Postponed Due To Defense Request For More Time

The trial of Ndumiseni Khetha Zuma (35) was set to begin in the Pietermaritzburg Regional Court today. While the State was ready to proceed, to the effect that witnesses were warned to be in court, the matter was postponed at the behest of the defence.

The defence made an application for an adjournment, stating that they required more time to consult with Zuma and finalise their instructions.

The matter was adjourned 01 September 2022, for trial.
