IDAC CONFIRMS THE RESIGNATION OF ADV MANILALL

IDAC has noted media reports speculating on the resignation of Adv Santhos Manilall, who is designated as the Deputy Director of Public Prosecutions at IDAC.

We can confirm that Adv Manilall has tendered his resignation and his last working day will be 31 October 2026.

All cases under his responsibility will be assigned to capable prosecutors to ensure continuity as IDAC continues to discharge its mandate of investigating and prosecuting corruption-related matters.

The NPA and IDAC wish Adv Manilall well in his future endeavours.
