NPA CLARIFIES R32 MILLION PRESERVATION ORDER

The NPA wishes to clarify inaccurate and misleading reports by some online media with regards to the preservation order granted by Free State High Court on 13 March 2025.

Contrary to some online media reports, assets that form part of the preservation order are not linked to Mr Ace Magashule and Mr Edwin Sodi.

This preservation order relates to property of the late Mr Mpambani, his wife, Radebe and his siblings together with their entities.

The NPA, in its media statement dated 14 May 2025 did not in anyway mention Mr Magashule and Sodi.

We urge media to report accurately and seek comment from the NPA in the event of any uncertainty on the facts.
