The National Prosecution Service (NPS) is a division of the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) managing the performance of Directors of Public Prosecutions (DPPs) and Lower Courts countrywide. As can be seen from the discussion below, our Lower Courts performed well during the past financial year. There is naturally always room for improvement, but our prosecutors should be complimented with a job well done.
